The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 25, line 26, by inserting the following:

“(j) Jackie Withrow Hospital may not increase the number of patients currently being residing or being treated at the facility.

(k) The Secretary shall sell the vacant beds, as of the effective date of this section, by July 1, 2016.”
